OXO Tot Flippy Snack Cup
We love the Oxo Tot flippy snack cup! The best thing about it is its mess free!!!
Snacking has never been so easy at home or even on the go! No crumbs on the car seat or any 'I've dropped it' accidents or flying food!
The opening of the cup is very soft and flexible! As you can see his little hands fit easily inside to access his good boy treats! The material of the cup is great quality and sturdy, the grip on the handle is easy to hold. The cup is easily secured with a twist on lid which doesn't undo if dropped. It also comes with a travel cover to keep the snack fresh and secure on the go.
Priced at £6, I can honestly say every mummy should have this! It saves you from tantrums - no more accidents or dropped food! It saves you time cleaning up all those crumbs or cheerios on the floor! You can fill it up with anything from grapes, apple slices, biscuits, crisps or cereals! Its brilliant keeping your food secure at home, in your bag or buggy! It washes well and the plastic is nice and sturdy. Another high quality product from OXO Tot designed to make life as a parent easier!

Nutella Cheesecake
So I tried making the Nutella Cheesecake using Nigella Lawson's recipe, and it turned out quite yummy! It was veryyyyyy easy to make! For new "dessert" beginners like me I think its a fantastic recipe to try!
Ingredients
- 250 grams digestive biscuits
- 75 grams soft unsalted butter
- 1 x 400 grams jar Nutella (at room temperature)
- 100 grams chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 500 grams cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 60 grams icing sugar (sifted)
Method
- Break the digestives into the bowl using a processor, add the butter and a 15ml tablespoon of Nutella, and blitz until it starts to clump. Add 25g/3 tablespoons of the hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture.
- Tip into a 23cm/9inch round springform and press into the base either using your hands or the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to chill.
- Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined.
- Take the springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella mixture over the base. Scatter the remaining chopped hazelnuts on top to cover and place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.

Review | Braun ThermoScan7 with Age Precision IRT6520
I find it very stressful when my boys get ill, especially Toffie who is 2 and cant tell me whats wrong. Toffie has previously had an episode of Febrile Convulsion due to high temperature, it was the most frightening time of my life! It was the first time I had experienced someone having a "fit" and was absolutely clueless that something like a temperature could do this!
Braun have recently launched their new ThermoScan7 with Age Precision IRT6520.
What's in the pack??
It includes:
- Braun ThermoScan Ear Thermometer
- Protective case with ear lens filter storage
- 21 x Disposable Lens Filters
- Batteries
What does it do?
The new thermometer is a very clever bit of technology. The ThermoScan 7 with Age Precision IRT6520 is an ear thermometer which can accurately interpret a temperature reading based on 3 different range of ages, 0-3, 3-36 and 36+ months. It will indicate via the colour coded display if the temperature is normal or not. In an instant with the very clever age precision technology, It aims to reassure parents like me if their little one has a fever. It is so easy to use and gives reliable results within 3 seconds.
The colour coded LCD uses traffic light recognition; green indicates a normal temperature, yellow for an elevated temperature and red for a high temperature.
Did you know?
That a raised temperature for a newborn is classed as ‘normal’ for a five year old!
I definitely recommended the Braun New ThermoScan7 for parents like me who need help to recognise when your child develops an elevated temperature that needs attention too!

Review | Made for Me customisable Trunki case
Umi already has a trunki, and as a parent I love how easy and enjoyable the trunki makes travelling with kids. It's a suitcase that turns into a ride on case full of fun! It was about time Toffie got one of his own so we decided to gift one to him for his second birthday. I have not been asked to do this review and it is solely my opinion as a parent that thinks this product is definitely worth a buy!
The new Made for Me Trunki is designed online on the trunki website. Toffie loves cars so we decided to create a Ferrari racing car trunki! The design process was very easy and simple and quick to do. Please note when you log on for the first time you enter Trunki heaven and can spend hours and hours playing with different colours and ideas. Every single component of the Trunki is customisable and its great fun experimenting with what look your child might want!
The trunki is an ideal size to store all the children’s toys and activities in it for any small trip. You can fit enough clothes in there for one child – it is a decent size and has straps to hold everything in place. The Trunki is very sturdy and seems like it can withstand plenty of use.
Now.. I've got to convince Mr Hasson to take us on holiday!
